High-Performance Plan Design, Docs & Risk Management

Health Rosetta advisors are the driving force in building, implementing, and managing a high-performance plan design. The plan design is the underlying variable that brings all the moving pieces together in a cohesive manner. Three main building blocks to execute on a Health Rosetta-style plan are as follows:

  1. Components (discussed in Intro) – The various pieces of a high-performance benefits plan. They are the big areas of spending, the critical areas that are levers for driving results, and the processes necessary to be successful.
  2. Strategies – The approaches, solutions, and tactics that others have used to successfully drive over-achievement on Quadruple Aim objectives.
  3. Resources – The tools used to help you implement specific components and strategies.

A high-performance benefits plan encompasses and utilizes all of these while mitigating risk and upholding fiduciary duties to its members.
