Healthcare has already been fixed. Our mission is to scale adoption of the fixes.
If you’re here, it means you have joined our audacious mission to fix our broken health care system. We’ve created an evolving framework, constantly evolving to include deeper insights into components, including case studies, data, best practices, and solutions.
This framework and continual expansion is expert-sourced by tapping a large expert network to crowdsource what is working best in the market. We drive its adoption by growing an emerging ecosystem, creating a LEED-like blueprint for health benefits. The Big “Why”?
The health care system is not only crushing the altruism right out of our amazingly talented health care professionals, but it’s crushing the hopes and dreams of working and middle-income families. By reducing health care costs, those savings previously squandered go towards improving the lives of both employees and communities.
The dividends from these savings means:
- working and middle class workers can get raises, bonuses, and improved benefits,
- local schools can get properly funded,
- “shop local” for health care returns stimulate local economies,
- greatly improved health outcomes,
- happier clinicians,
- and more.
Ultimately, it’s become our Can’t Not Do. The Health Rosetta Dividend is put to work differently by each organization and, in all cases, is creating stronger businesses and communities.
