Rosen Hotels & Resorts has adopted more Health Rosetta components than most other plans that we’ve seen to date and is one of the leading examples of a fully actualized Health Rosetta-style plan. Saving approximately $315M on health care costs since 1994 and spending 50% less per capita than the average employer, despite an employee base with higher-than-average risk factors and the best benefits package we’ve seen. Out of their annual savings, some of the non-medical benefits they provide are college education for both employees and their dependents, and fully-paid, daycare, pre-K, after school programs and college education for children in local underserved neighborhoods.
