Our previous RosettaFest conference felt like a major turning point. Sandy Wiggins, who led the adoption of the LEED standards, attended for the first time and said that the hair stood up on his neck because it had the same energy and feel as when LEED really started to take off. I expect we’ll see similar growth in the coming years.

Conversation Guide
A refined message about the challenges employers and employees face and the Health Rosetta solution. Advisors who have started using this handout in prospect and client conversations have had resounding positive feedback.
You can familiarize yourself with presenting this Guide using our talk track, two role-play sessions, and additional presentation resources found here in the Member Hub > Sales Process Resources. Bonus points: Watch the 2023 Tim Pollard session on Member Hub: no presentation has generated more buzz and action than Tim’s.
Plan Grader™
Plan Grader is the only independent, objective rating of health plans we’re aware of. The questions alone drive higher quality conversation with prospects and renewals. It is the center of many key initiatives, including the Rosie Awards and Conversation Guide.
Plan Grader will be evolving to benchmark employer sizes, geographies, and industries, but we need you to create Plan Grades to create the data to do this. To create a Plan Grader, you do need access to an employer client’s health plan details. If you have this, you may already have created at least one Plan Grade from your application. You can check if you created one, or submit a new one anytime at inside.healthrosetta.org.
RosettaFest 2026
We expect nearly 1,500+ attendees at this year’s event. Advisors who brought clinical partners, employers, and unions last year shared that they were able to increase excitement and commitment to their local efforts. If you haven’t already, pick up your ticket here on the Member Hub using code to receive the current advisor discount. Invite partners, clients, and prospects you think would gain the most from attending.
Rosie Awards
A Rosie Award highlights your expertise and client’s accomplishments through ceremonial recognition at RosettaFest. The main criteria for our Rosie Award winners are a high Plan Grader™, great use of their Health Rosetta Dividend, and showing a collaborative spirit & abundance mindset by taking the final step to join us and hundreds of peers at RosettaFest.
Nominations for RosettaFest 2026 are closed, however, it is the perfect time to start prepping your nomination for 2027 by creating a Plan Grade for your client. The feedback from last year’s winners continue to propel the movement. Advisors and their clients have been able to generate local PR, use the assets for various marketing campaigns, and spread the word even further (additional perk: bragging rights!).
RosettaProtect
RosettaProtect ensures your compliance coverage stays current and comprehensive. It provides the guardrails guaranteeing plans are compliant with regulations like ERISA while reducing risk tied to vendor contracts, pharmacy benefits, and plan oversight.
Nautilus
Your clients deserve world-class contracts, procurement tools, and data access – no matter how many employees they have. Nautilus is an open-source initiative that provides standardized contract checklists, RFPs, and data tools to make health plan designs transparent, strategic, and aligned with high-value healthcare principles. You can access the Nautilus resources from NautilusHealth.org and create a plan to use them in upcoming RFPs and negotiations.
